I am using Outlook2007 with Exchange and in addition to my own mailbox I have open a Support mailbox. I also have the authoritiy to send from this Support mailbox. However, all mail I send ends up in my personal "Sent Items" folder. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=972148 When you send an e-mail message from a shared mailbox in Outlook 2007, the sent message is not saved in the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox There are also 3rd party add-ins: http://www.ivasoft.biz/unisent.shtml or you could use Outlook rules or manually move the message.
